With the impending Fracking in our area, mainly the hills surrounding our lake. We are hoping with the CEA, the gas companies will have to be aware of our lake, use extreme caution when fracking near or around our lake.

Have we had clarification on what kinds of projects would need SEQR permits? Would it be for everything we do?

We have not had the Planning get back to us yet on what projects will require a seqr process. IF we can get that from them it will help our decison to continue with our CEA appliaction
ReplyDeleteWe have ask the Town of Greene Planning Board to put our CEA request on hold for the winter. We need time to inform our members what is going on, and the Planning Board needs to deal with the DEC on how SEQR will affect us. In the spring we will start up again
